  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled service are non-refundable.
